1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Atrium Refurbishment website (atriumrefurbishment.co.uk) and the services provided by Atrium Refurbishment, a trading division of Dynamic Access (UK) Ltd (Company Registration No. 09312646), registered at Unit 2 Rother Way, Hellaby, Rotherham, S66 8QN ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

Atrium Refurbishment provides commercial atrium and overhead glazing services including but not limited to: atrium refurbishment, glazing repair, glass replacement, leak investigation, structural silicone renewal and thermal upgrade works. All services are subject to a prior site survey and formal quotation.

Any quotation provided is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the scope of works identified during the site survey and may be subject to revision if additional works are discovered during the project.

3. Site Surveys

We offer free, no-obligation site surveys for commercial properties. During the survey, our specialist team will assess the condition of your atrium glazing and provide a detailed report with recommendations. There is no charge for this initial assessment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in the formal quotation or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

All works carried out by Atrium Refurbishment are covered by our standard workmanship guarantee. The duration and scope of the guarantee will be specified in your project documentation. Where applicable, we offer Insurance-Backed Guarantees (IBGs) for additional peace of mind. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.

6. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on all projects. All operatives hold relevant CSCS cards and work is carried out in accordance with current CDM Regulations. Our IRATA-certified rope access technicians follow strict safety protocols for all high-level works. Full risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared for every project.
